1. Who we are

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy Viral Studio Folder.

3. The product

Viral Studio Folder is a digital product: a folder with the files and instructions your AI assistant needs to research, write, illustrate and animate short videos, plus a getting-started guide and sample videos with their scripts.

To use it you need, at your own cost and under each provider's own terms:

4. Price, taxes and payment

The price is $49.90 USD, paid once. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Checkout is handled by Gumroad, which acts as merchant of record for the sale. Gumroad calculates, collects and pays any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live. Any tax is added to the price and shown at checkout before you pay. Gumroad's own terms also apply to the payment.

5. Delivery

After your payment is confirmed you get immediate access to download the product through Gumroad and by email.

6. License

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use Viral Studio Folder to make videos. You may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the folder or its files.

The videos you make with it are yours. You may use them commercially, including for client work.

You are responsible for the content of your videos, including the accuracy of the information and compliance with the rules of the platforms where you post them.

7. Results are not typical

View counts shown on this website come from our own videos and from videos by other creators. They are not typical results. We do not promise or guarantee any number of views, followers, sales or earnings. Your results depend on your topics, your posting, the platforms' algorithms and many factors outside our control.

8. Guarantee and refunds

Your purchase includes a 14-day guarantee. Details are in the Refund Policy.

9. Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because this is digital content delivered immediately, at checkout you will be asked to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the download starts. This does not affect the 14-day guarantee described in the Refund Policy.

10. Trademarks

Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic. ChatGPT and Codex are trademarks of OpenAI. ElevenLabs is a trademark of ElevenLabs. Instagram, TikTok and YouTube are trademarks of their respective owners. We mention them only to explain which tools work with our product. Viral Studio Folder is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any of these companies.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

EXCEPT FOR THE GUARANTEE IN OUR REFUND POLICY AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THIRD-PARTY SERVICES THE PRODUCT RELIES ON WILL KEEP WORKING THE SAME WAY.

Some states and countries do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR IT.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law, or liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your state or country of residence, and any dispute will be handled according to the applicable legal rules on jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the date you bought.
