Our 14-day guarantee

You have 14 days from your purchase date to make your first video by following the getting-started guide.

• If you get stuck, write to us and we'll help you until your first video is done.
• If, even with our help, you can't make your first video within those 14 days, we'll refund the full price.

How to ask for help or a refund

Email us at contact@viralstudiofolder.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include:

• The email address you used to buy.
• Your Gumroad receipt or order number.
• A short description of where you got stuck.

A real person will reply. We'll first try to help you get your video working. If that's not possible, we'll process your refund.

How refunds are paid

What the guarantee doesn't cover

• Costs charged by third-party services you use with the product, such as your AI assistant subscription or your voice service.
• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
